The Big Day/Den store dagen
It will be great! I have been waiting for this day for almost two years now (crazy, not!??!), and now finally it is here. Feels a bit surreal actually.
So for the next week I'll probably be in to much pain to enjoy the result but I am very excited about finally being 'whole' again!
Den store dagen er her! I dag får jeg mitt nye bryst. På ordentlig. Ekspanderen blir fjernet og byttet ut med et implantat, og det andre brystet blir korrigert så de passer sammen.
Det blir fantastisk! Jeg har ventet på denne dagen i nesten to år (vilt, ikke sant!??!), og nå er den her endelig. Føles ganske surrealistisk faktisk.
Så den neste uken kommer jeg nok til å ha for mange smerter til å kunne nyte resultatet, men jeg gleder meg veldig til endelig å være 'hel' igjen!

Listen
Take responsibility for your actions, make things better if you are not happy. Do everything 100% to your abilities, trust in others to support you but don't expect them to do things for you. Ask for help when you need it, don't wait for it to fall into your lap.
A lot of thing are not easy to figure out, but listen to your gut feeling. Your body tells you a lot of things if you only listen. get in touch with yourself, and a lot of things will fall into place.

Life is not easy
Shake things up!
Quit your job, communicate with your partner, move, get new friends, stop being annoyed with your family (it doesn't help anyway), buy a piece of clothing in a colour you would normally never wear, change your routines (brush your teeth with the other hand), take a different route to work, and yet another one on your way home. It might not solve all your problems, but it might be a step in the right direction...

Yogiske spiseråd
2. Spis ikke mellem måltiderne.
3. Spis langsomt, og husk at slappe af.
4. Tyg maden ordentligt.
5. Undgå for mange forskelligartede retter i samme måltid.
6. Drik et glas vand en time før eller efter maden - aldrig TIL maden.
7. Spis ikke mellem klokken 21 og 7.
8. Undgå fysiske og mentale anstrengelser lige før og efter måltidet.
9. Slap af en halv time efter maden, og nap dig derefter en god, lang gåtur.

Fotomarathon
Last weekend we participated in a photo marathon. From 11 Saturday morning, till 11 Sunday morning. We had 24 hours to take 24 pictures, on 24 topics.
The picture I have included here is my interpretation of 'Fællesskab' :) Couldn't not take a picture of some of my shoes!
It was great fun, and a lot of stress and very tiring! How do you come up with a good idea for 'Bent in neon' at 4 o'clock in the morning??

World Wide Photowalk
Sunday last, the 24th of September, we participated in a World Wide Photowalk arranged by the people at photoshopuser.com
We had a great time, and a gorgeus day (we were supposed to do it on Saturday, but that was the rainiest day ever in the history of Copenhagen! It felt like it at least).
This is my favourite picture of the day.
Hope to do it again soon :) Great fun!

Sore shoulder / Vont i skulderen
Jeg var til yoga i går. 1½ time yoga. Mange armhevinger. Jeg overbelastet den høire skulderen. På yoga!! Jeg vet ikke om det sier mer om meg og min form, eller instruktørens evne til å instruere.
